If you are an admin, you can:

  1. Create a new Workspace
  2. View and change existing Workspace settings
  3. Invite members to the Workspace
  4. Remove members from a Workspace
  5. Create lists inside a Workspace
  6. Assign a list to one member (setting up a default list assignee)
  7. Change default list assignee
  8. Rename existing lists
  9. Delete existing lists (Please note you can delete empty lists ONLY)
  10. Promote members to Admin of a Workspace
  11. Create, edit and delete a video from any list
  12. Move video from one list to another
  13. Assign a video to one member (setting up a default video assignee)
  14. Change video assignee
