Change Video Playback Speed:

Go to Timings Tab. Adjust the Video Speed slider to the required value. The value on the right of the bar will show the time duration of the clip. You can increase or decrease by moving the slider.

Delays and durations of the captions:

Adjust the Text Delay slider or input value manually to change the delay before the caption.

Adjust the Text Duration slider input value manually to change the duration for which the caption is displayed.

To change the total duration for which the captions are displayed, adjust the Total Duration slider. This will change the total duration for which the captions are displayed. Duration for the individual captions will be adjusted and divided from this total duration in the ratio of content in each caption.

NOTE: Total duration of the scene = (Delay per caption x No. of captions) + Total Duration

If there are multiple captions in a scene, the duration is adjusted proportionally for each of the captions.

Change delays and duration for individual captions:

In the Captions drop down menu, select the caption for which you want to change the delay and duration.

Adjust the Delay slider or input value manually to change the delay before the caption.

Adjust the Duration slider or input value manually to change the duration for which the caption is displayed.

The video screen window under the sliders shows the frame and timing when the caption will be displayed. This can be used to adjust the captions to be displayed at the exact right moments in the clip.

NOTE: Total duration of the scene = MAX (Video Duration when played full, Delay for caption 1 + Duration for caption 1 + Delay for caption 2 + Duration for caption 2 +.....))
