Sorry, we do not provide refunds for cancellation of subscriptions for the period which is already paid for. You can continue to use our services for the rest of the paid period and will not be charged for the next cycle.

But for any legitimate payment related errors and there being good enough reasons to believe that it was a purely technical glitch, we may consider a refund on a case to case basis. You can drop a mail to contact@rocketium in such cases.
